Why invest with Brownsville? We have the experience, knowledge,
know-how, drive, and the people to bring visionary planning to life. We've identified areas to develop and/or enhance communities where the need is in high demand. We know what's needed, what's wanted, and what sells.
One of our goals is to provide people with access to invest in real estate and maximize their investment dollars. We offer multiple avenues of investment, such as acquisition partnerships, development partnerships, various acquisition & development investment funds to name a few.
All investment accounts are managed under strict guidelines set and overseen by our Chief Financial Officer.
The Funds
Our Investment Funds are an excellent way to get into real estate investing. They allow you to determine the amount of capital you'd like to outlay. There are different funds that focus on property acquisitions, development, and some that do both. As the value of the fund rises, so do your earnings.
Acquisition Partnerships
We partner with entities or individuals to acquire properties for development. The development is planned by Brownsville and usually delivered by Brownsville or another builder.
Development Partnerships
These are investment vehicles where we partner with entities to deliver a product to market. These partnerships can be with hotel or retail brands, individuals that only focus on development, or even government entities. Usually, the property has already been acquired and entities invest to build out the property. Revenues generated from the completed project are then distributed according to the investment agreements.
So You're An Investor
As an investor, you'll have an account portal. This will contain all of the necessary information to keep you informed on how your investment is performing.
If you're invested in one of the funds, you'll also be invited to attend information sessions. These sessions are all about you. You can ask questions, let us know how you're feeling about your investment, get additional information on current projects, and also get insight into what's on the horizon.
Members of Acquisition and Development Partnerships will have regular meetings with Account Executives. In these meetings we'll review what's been accomplished, what's in the works, and where things are heading with our partnership.
