We strive to build partnerships within existing communities, understand the needs & opportunities, and enhance the quality of life for residents by building sustainable and aesthetically pleasing properties.
What We Do
We are a Real Estate Development & Holding Company. We develop commercial & residential properties. For commercial, most are retained as company assets, and some are to be sold. These consist primarily of mixed-use developments with some storefront/stand-alone properties. Residential properties like Townhomes & Single Family are developed to sell. The goal is to acquire property and understand the "highest & best" use for it.
